The charges for Cysgod Bach is on a self catering basis but includes all services, linen and towels.
OCCUPANCY The number of persons must not exceed 2.
CHARGES A deposit of £50.00 is required upon booking. Payable by cheque, cash or 'Paypal'
Balance of charges are payable 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
CANCELLATION The deposit and prior payments are refundable if we are able to re-let the accommodation.
PERIOD OF HIRE Rental commences in the afternoon at 16.00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10.00 on the morning of departure.
COMPLAINTS Should there be any cause for complaint during the occupation of the Property please let me know immediately in order that I can rectify the situation during the period of your stay.
BREAKAGES OR DAMAGE As our clients you will be legally bound to reimburse us for replacement, repair or extra cleaning costs on demand.
CARE OF THE PROPERTY I should be grateful if visitors can take all reasonable and proper care of the Property and its furniture, pictures, fittings, utensils and effects in or on the Property and leave them in the same state of repair and condition and in the same clean and tidy condition at the end of the rental period as at the beginning.
